Hi, I am looking to join a Karate club and have been looking at your site and it is impressive.

I am 25 and have not done Karate since I was about 10 so i would definitely be classed as a beginner again!

My question is about training. Do you have to come to both the sessions of training each week to progress sufficiently?

The reason i ask is that I have other commitments on a Thursday so would only be able to get there maybe once a month at most.
I would however be able to train Tuesdays.

If you could let me know if once a week training is permitted it would probably give me the push to get myself down there and get fit again!!!

Hi andy!

You can train once a week if thats all you can do, it just means you'll progress more slowly, but we do have one or two members that do only train once a week. It's obviously far more benficial to train twice a week but if you can't, you can't!

We're a friendly club and you'll be made very welcome - we had two new people come along this week (both returning to karate after an asbsence and one of them can only do once a week!) so you'll be in good company!
