Oss , Just to say how excellent the training was on the Gasshuku this year as always . It was a shame that Rachel and I couldn't have stayed all weekend as this event is one of the highlights of the year for us. Thank you once again to Sensei Pell for making it all come together.

Oss Andy,
Our Gasshuku's are always fun but with hard training. It would not be possible without all the instructors (including yourself) and all the hard work that they put in. The 2007 Gasshuku was as good as any of the previous ones and is a good way for the assistant instructors to gain experience with their sessions and also to make the senior instructors sweat a bit!
