From what I can see, each individual user has to set the time themselves (I guess the board assumes we're not all from the same place or something!).

This can be done by going into your profile and typing in the difference needed to make it the time correct. For example, my clock display was 6 hours and 14 minutes behind so I typed +6.14 into the box and it displays the correct time now when I log in as me.
